A modern approach to commercial real estate capital
TYKO is a multi-billion-dollar commercial real estate and private credit investment management platform. Established in August 2023, and focusing on institutional assets in top tier markets, TYKO’s proprietary deal sourcing capabilities and ability to commit large amounts of capital is unique.
Hitting the Mark
With a desire from the founding team for a name that was short and punchy while also feeling trustworthy and established, the A LINE team workshopped several naming territories before settling on the name TYKO. Deriving from an Ancient Greek word, and meaning “to hit the mark”, the name felt perfect for TYKO’s ambitions.
Capital to Create
The brand identity needed to capture experienced and established combined with modern and cutting-edge. After exploring several visual directions, the A LINE team landed on a concept which combines an iconic logo mark with a fresh new color palette to create something cutting edge, but also familiar. Bold, confident typography combined with architecturally-inspired photography assets rounded out a system that is both familiar and new, as well as being easy for the TYKO leadership team to work with.
